Solution:
1-Go to D:\MICROS\opera\operaias
2-Fait une copie de fichier webutil.cfg
3-Editier le fichier webtutil .cfg
4-Chercher sur install.syslib.location=
5-Verifier le path contient URL SERVEUR/Operajserv
